Transport companies who have proven knowledge, experience in international transportation and meet with the outlined fundamental criteria, shall join the TIR system in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience or at least capability to engage in regular international transport
Sound financial standings
Absence of serious or repeated offences against customs or tax legislation
Proven knowledge in the application of the TIR Convention
The application form must be downloaded and filled-in with required details; must be attested by Chamber of commerce.
Soft copies of the required documents (except Bank Statements & DOE) must be submitted via the below TIR online application form.
Hard copies along with original TIR application form (attested), bank Statements or audit report and DOE with its annexes must be couriered to SATA head office.
Upon receipt of the online TIR application form along with its required documents, SATA will verify the documents and submit the report to Saudi Customs in order to obtain NOC.
Upon confirmation from Saudi Customs, SATA will notify the applicant via email, to initiate the further processes.

Verify the financial standings and submitted documents. Submit the admission request to Saudi customs along with TIR unique ID
Verify the request from SATA. Verify the records of the company. Based on findings, update SATA with decision
